Dylan started out producing furniture pieces from his living room. He advanced his craft studying furniture design for a summer in Öland, Sweden. He further advanced by surrounding himself with talented people and, together, slowly accumulating the tools and facility necessary to start realizing some of the designs from his sketchbooks.

His approach aims to combine the best of art (pure aesthetics and originality), furniture design (comfort and high craft), and industrial design (prototyping and technical innovation). Every piece is an opportunity to push the boundaries of furniture design while maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability.

He received his BA in Applied art and Design From Cal Poly San Luis Obispo He currently is an instructor in the Industrial design department at California College of the Arts.

The studio is a collection of friends and local professionals with a complimentary set of skills and a shared desire to create. Dylan relies heavily on his co-workers, consultants and vendors, each of whom bring something unique to the production process. Between our in-house staff and immediate professional network, we boast capabilities in art, graphic design, engineering, metal fabrication, plastics, finishing, upholstery, CAD modeling, CNC machining, and the list goes on.
