For the Sunset house the goal was to create a truly custom solution while maintaining an ethic of sustainability. The result was a kitchen island tabletop design that utilized off-cuts and leftovers from the new custom cabinets. The design minimized waste from the remodel and gave disparate elements in the room harmony. Full-extension, two-way drawers, stainless steel shelving and hardware, and heavy-duty locking casters with custom wood detailing round out the piece's beauty and functionality.
